PCP is an absolutely magical place fit for a range of musical talent of the strings and piano variety. Have a kid that is iffy about music but loves sports? This is perfect! Have a child who adores music but isn’t a strong runner or swimmer? Also a perfect fit. Every day, the campers have lessons, chamber music (a group of musicians playing together) coachings, and practice sessions. Interspersed is time outside to play anything from soccer to Quiddich to badminton, time at the waterfront to swim or go boating, time for art at the N’art (nature + art) Barn, and time in the game barn, where chess and ping pong rule. And this is not one of those away camps with horrible food. On the contrary, Chef is adored by all the campers for the effort and care he puts into all of the delicious meals he serves. With world class faculty, amazing counselors who love kids, and a gorgeous campus (the stars are so bright at night!!) PCP truly is a wonderful place to stay and have fun.
