Fantastic place, professional, friendly and responsive. Replied promptly via email to questions about a shed/garage build. Went to see their site and ended up looking at their stone yard. David (who was working on his normal day off), spent much time showing us around and moving stone slabs for us to look at and pick and choose. We ended up buying a stone slab from their yard and can't say enough about their customer service. The slab was delivered and the driver spent time helping up figure out how to make the slab fit where we needed it as a front door stoop. Top rate organization and family run business. We will certainly be back for more landscaping and stone supplies!

We had an excellent experience with Livingston Farm. From our initial visit, where we looked at the many sheds on display in Bristol and discussed options for the one that would look best on our property, to the hassle-free installation of our customized 12 X 12 shed about a month later, everything went smoothly. We were impressed with the helpful attitude, the willingness to be flexible, and the efficiency shown each step of the way. The installation itself was hassle-free. We had purposely ordered white shutters and window box so that we might paint them ourselves in the same color as those of our home. We were very happy with the results and highly recommend Livingston Farm for anyone looking for shed that will enhance, and not detract from, the overall look of their property.

Great people to deal with! We custom ordered a shed because they didn't have the exact one we needed in stock. It was built sooner than promised and we weren't ready to take delivery. They kept in touch and delivered it two days after I called and said we were ready. Nice shed, reasonable price, delivered exactly when they said it would be and set perfectly in the right place. We walked around their lot once and did all the rest over the phone and by email. Couldn't have been easier.

I took off from work and used my truck to drive 1 hour to the Livingston Farm. We agreed upon a price for the furniture before hand. They had generously take $95 off a $2295 price. When I got there I noticed the sign saying if you use your checking card you will pay a 3% fee. The practice of always charging customers a fee for credit card payments, no matter how the transaction takes place, is called a surcharge. These are currently prohibited in 10 states—Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Oklahoma, and Texas. But not Vermont. I was not told about the 3% in advance, which would have accounted for $71. Now in Fairness I did mention that I would pay cash in an email. That was my error. I view my checking card as Cash. They suggested I go to a bank, but the nearest (VSECU) branch was about an hour in Rutland (No branch in Vergennes). So I left. Did not buy the furniture. After I wrote a Google review and gave a 1 star review I got a call from the owner. He said my review was not fair. I said the fee was not fair and my loss work time and gas. Update 7/23/20: The owner agreed to deliver the furniture for the agreed upon price. This was the solution and agreement. Update 2 7/24/20: Owner texted and told me he changed his mind about the solution and did not want to do business with me.
