Best Buy

I really don't like computer shopping. In the past I usually buy online - less pressure and more choices. But I needed a laptop ASAP. The Best Buy salesman showed me things I just wasn't interested in. I finally left and sat down in the food court and used my phone to look at the computer choices that were available at that particular store. The website contained much useful information. I found the reviews very very useful. After my research, I went back in the store and purchased a computer the salesman never showed me. I have had it more than six months and have been very happy.

I called they had to call me back 1hr and 35 min later and left me on hold for 48 min for a warranty work to tell me that they have no opening for warranty work sorry but still taking my monthy payment for a warranty.

Everyone here is always so nice and friendly and ready to help and answer questions. The store is always clean and it's a lot easier to walk around in than it was a few years ago. Highly recommended for your appliance/electronics needs!

I was able to easily find what I was looking for. Store was clean and associates were helpful answering a couple of questions I had.

The manager on duty Anthony was super friendly and helpful. We were looking at DVD players for the car and he showed them and then tablets for another option. He made the experience easy and we left with something that we wanted.
