I called, and easily made a mattress appointment for the next day. Matt was very knowledgeable and patient as I shopped and asked questions. He pulled out several mattresses for me to try, and gave me time to really get a feel for each. He worked with me to stay within my budget, while making sure I got the quality that I needed. There is delivery for a fee, which I opted to use. If you want to support a family business while getting quality at a reasonable price, go to Mattress By Appointment in Milton.
Super friendly owners. I was in and out on my lunch break, 20 minutes tops! Surprise, free delivery to my door. On top of that, great value. I saved $200 over buying from amazon or another retailer. Highly recommend!

I’ve purchased two bed from them. They’re awesome to work with. It was a very easy process to find a bed for my daughter. They even held it for me until I was able to pick up. He loaded on the truck for me in the pouring rain!!!
Matt was a tremendous help in finding the right mattress for my wife and I for less than half the price of the same mattress in a retail store. He was also able to have it delivered the same day and even removed the old one! I woke up without back pain for the first time in years and we couldn't be happier. An absolutely stellar experience from start to finish.
