Did a one-day rental and was told it wouldn't be a big deal to drop off late the next day (I had to pick it up later in the day due to them transferring the truck). The next day I called to confirm it was okay if I was a couple hours late and they said it was fine and to just drop the keys in the box (had an extra errand I could have skipped if not). Returned the truck two hours and 10 minutes late. A week later my credit card was charged an extra $197 (3 hours x $45, plus a full day of insurance). Called to complain and they would not even round down the extra usage hours, even though the rental center had assured me twice that it was okay without mentioning any extra charges. $480 for a 26.2 hour rental.
Always have what I need when I need it at a fair price. Especially the guys at Auto Tech in Delmar. They fix my truck & set me up with a delivery vehicle to keep my business rolling. Never been disappointed there.
Great rental rates....Russel made the process so easy...Will use Penske rentals again.
