The employees are rude, always. I've been here often over the past few months and each time the reaction from employees is the same. I love the prices and selection, but please change your customer service experience.
Employees helpful
My favorite place to go ever. So much to look at. The employees were more than helpful everytime I have asked for assistance. Especially this last visit when they helped get display inflatables down for us. We always come here first if we ever need anything for our home.
Clean, organized and well stocked. I went in for a step stool and found 5 perfectly acceptable options. Picked this one as it folds flat for easy storage but is still light enough to carry to another room.
I went to Lowe's to purchase a washer. The staff was completely unhelpful. I needed on quickly because mine just broke. I explained fully that I needed one quickly and asked what was available. The clerk told me to just pick one out. Once I narrowed it down I became very aware that there is a stocking shortage everywhere and that everything would take weeks to get. Why would a clerk, who clearly knew this not tell me this from the beginning? He could have shown me what was actually available to get quickly and saved us both a lot of time. I purchased one from Shore Appliance in Salisbury, MD. They had excellent customer service.
