This store was very helpful and customer service was the top priority. Melissa was my saleswoman and Ashley ran the final numbers. The rapid response and accommodations for the items I requested were incredible. The managers also willingly stepped in a few times to help out with final pricing and delivery dates. Overall, I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Highly recommend shopping here!
I ran into some problems with being able to pick up my furniture in time from their warehouse, Dominic and his staff at the Delmar store went over and beyond to make sure I was still able to pick it up after driving 2 hours 1 way to come get it. Their willingness and dedication is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend their business. Thanks again Dom.
My husband and I had the pleasure of having Manny Taveras as our product specialist. He helped us find the right furniture for the right price and addressed all of our concerns and questions. His manager Dominic was also very professional and fantastic with any concerns we had as well. After being sent to see Mercedes from a family member who raved about her service, I can honestly say our experience was somehow even better than my family described. She was so knowledgeable and was able to help us find the exact piece we wanted and even found us the perfect bed for our needs. Mercedes was always on our side and made sure we were getting our needs met. She was never pushy and was more concerned that we got what we needed and loved rather than pushing for the largest sale.
