So happy we switched to Tmobile from AT&T. The girls at Tmobile, Shae and Ette, were phenomenal. Fantastic attitudes and so eager to help us get all 6 lines for my family at the best price. Ms. Shanice from this store has gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She is polite and took her time explaining everything so I completely understood what I was getting into. She helped me save a bunch of money and made my switch from sprint very easy. I share a line with someone in a different state and she even made that happen without any problems. I highly recommend this store and Shanice if you have ANY issues or concerns.
