Great customer service and very helpful! Vinoo was super friendly and informative setting up our new account. When I had a warranty issue they helped me resolve it quickly and at no cost! Would definitely recommend coming here.

First time at this location was yesterday. I was very happy that I decided to give this retailer a try. I have always gone to the corporate stores as I was told once that you could not charge anything to your account. I was told wrong. The only thing that you can't charge to your account is accessories. The gentleman that helped me was Vinoo. He not only helped me (which took quite a while due everything that I needed), but he was so great at multitasking that he was able to keep helping other customers all the while without making me feel inconvenienced. I would highly recommend coming here for your Verizon needs. The customer service service is excellent!
