The gentleman working there was beyond helpful. Our lock was rusted and could not be opened. He tried to oil it, he tried bolt cutters and then he used a grinder. He was patient and went above and beyond and I cant thank him enough. 5 Stars for sure
I was in this facility a little while back and the lady who took care of me was absolutely amazing. Every question I had she had an answer. She was very polite and professional about everything. The place was very tidy, and the facility was VERY clean. I would recommend anyone and EVERYONE who needs a storage unit to go in and see Jessica. Best place I have ever used. Thank you so much for your professionalism and willingness to help in all ways possible!!! God Bless her!!!
Recently I had an emergency and needed some space right away, and it was already after 5 pm. Jessica was closing up but she opened the door and welcomed me in--she is so polite and accommodating. She assured me it was fine, and she understood my predicament. I was able to get a 5x10 space for $57 the same day. It was just me, and she even helped me get some boxes in my unit (which she didn't have to do). Absolutely best customer service ever! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I feel as if this place has been a bit neglected as if late. Some of my items have damage that for a fact was not there before. Very disappointed.
