Everytime that I go into the Verizon office in Millsboro I have the best experience. Sean is the rep I have most of the time. His professional behavior and precise knowledge of the products are perfect. I watch him interact with other customers with the same professionalism and respect. Thank you fir having someone as great as Sean.
My mother and I had a very pleasant experience at Verizon. Lauren was kind and helpful, and very patient with my elderly mother. She answered all our questions and helped us with our issues. I have never been more satisfied with in person customer service. I recommend when you go to Verizon you ask for Lauren.

She is always willing to go the extra mile for the customer to ensure they receive the best service possible.
