We ordered a bed months ago from a different vendor and the delivery date was pushed back twice. We walked into Mattress Firm where we were greeted by Michelle. She was professional, knowledgeable and within 30 minutes we bought a bed with a promise of delivery in 48 hours. It was an easy and enjoyable experience.
We purchased a king mattress and box springs recently from this location. Our salesman, Brian, was super helpful and spent time listening to our needs and helping us make our selection. He was very knowlegeable and once we made our selection, he got us a great price! We will definitely recommend Brian and Mattress Firm to our friends!

I called at 5:30 pm on a Sunday needing a mattress right away. A spring had broken in a mattress in a rental property. Jim was super helpful. He told me they close at 7 PM on Sundays but offered to stay late if necessary while I tried to work out transportation for the mattress. I ended up getting there by 6:45. He had the mattress we discussed over the phone ready by their second door for quick loading into the truck. I was in and out by 7, and couldn't have been more grateful. Thanks again Jim!
Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very friendly and knowledgeable and paid attention to what we were looking for, recommended several options for us and it was easy to choose. Gave us a great price and 2 day delivery. Would highly recommend her, she was great!
