wonderful, original Coastal items and unique furniture.
I loved the store however, the sales girl treated us so rudely it’s hard to imagine why people shop there. I asked for help with a shelf I wanted to buy that had to be taken off the wall. You might think I ruined her day. When one of the shelves was damaged and I didn’t want to purchase that one she seemed disgusted. I loved the merchandise but really did not appreciate the way I was treated when I was spending money. It really isn’t that hard to greet customers in a friendly manner and with kindness.

I had shopped around at other retailers hoping to find some furnishings for a new home. I was disappointed with long turn times (8+weeks), foreign made items, and shifty pricing. My husband and I popped in to Su Casa in Bethany where we met Diane. She printed out spec sheets and said most of what we liked was available within days and included free delivery. We visited their (big) new Ocean View store the following day and met Carol and Nic. Couldn't be happier with my experience and the professionalism of the team here. The delivery men were professional , courteous, and highly skilled in moving things from difficult and tight spaces. Totally blown away and happy to sing their praises. The furniture is excellent quality, American made and they assembled and arranged everything to my liking. This company truly understands good customer service.
