FedEx Ground

I ordered soccer cleats for my daughter, I got a tracking from the shipper. On September 9th , tracking was showing it would be delivered on Saturday September 12th, that Saturday morning the package was in my area 35 miles away. I waited all day the package never came. Monday morning no update to the package just saying that it was still at the FedEx location 35 miles away. Now Tuesday morning no update still showing is 35 miles away at the FedEx location. so I called a location to find out what's going on with the package. I spoke to someone I will say he was very professional but he told me even though my package could have been delivered on Saturday they have until Friday to deliver the package, I told him this was very poor customer service the package has been in your possession since Saturday now basically Saturday Sunday Monday and now Tuesday you're only 35 miles from me, and in 4 days the package can't be out in a truck and delivered? , He once again stated that they have until Friday before the package is considered late. So then I explain that was literally 35 miles from them can I just come pick up my package and since you guys can't put it on the truck and send it out, I was told no . So basically tomorrow makes five days that they will have the package at the shipping centerhopefully it will make it on the truck if not like they said they have until Friday. I think it's crazy that they will hold onto a package almost hold a package at the location for almost a week before they attempt to get it out for delivery.

If could give no star i would, a part for my car was supposed to be here a week ago never showed up,called said still in yard on a truck because they are behind. Thats a darn lie i stopped a driver in my neighborhood and asked him said they are not behind. I see 3 or 4 truck a day running around where I live. So either they lost it or someone took it.

Ordered an item fed ex tracking was updated for delivery on 11-23-20. Check the update on 11-22-20 it says package has been delivered at 11:24am 11-21-20 which is a lie because I was there all day. $600 item lost due to the substandard employees and their inability to follow a gps. Earlier in the year I ordered 4 brand new tires which the seller sent me photos of the tires bundled together for shipping. Well 3 weeks go by and only 2 tires show up. Nobody knew where the other 2 were at. Well a week later around 9pm some van shows up with my other 2 tires and the driver instructed me to talk to management. I’ll definitely be paying them a visit at the office no phone calls because that doesn’t get anything done.

How is this fedex place still in business? My package was supposed to be here a week ago, but the tracking says it’s been sitting in Seaford for a week now with no attempt at delivery. I see there are so many other reviews just like mine. Wow! Who knows when I’ll get my package.

Update: I got my medication a month later. It was an antibiotic so when I finally got it I no longer needed. I had medication shipped to me that I never received. Fed ex said I could file a claim because the last tracking was that it was on the truck and because it was a small package it probably got lost. Real professional Fed Ex. Now I have another package that was supposed to be here today and it did not come. I unfortunately do not have the opportunity to choose who I want to use for shipping on Amazon. ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21
