Usually pretty helpful. However, last time I went in was Sept 2020 to return a tv box (I have guests in summer so I get a 2nd box). Instead, they cancelled my entire account. I had to spend an 1.5 hrs on the phone that night getting everything set back up again.
I was very happy when I called the store to purchase cable and the internet. I spoke with Chet he was very patient with me and very professional! I ordered it on Monday, Ken the technician was here on Wednesday! He was very pleasant and professional, he hooked everything up for me and made sure it was working and explained how to use certain features. I gave him a tip which he definitely deserved, unfortunately it wasn't as big as I wanted, at the time my funds were alittle low, I am deeply sorry, I was so greatly appreciative of your help, keep up the excellent work!nSincerely satisfied customer,nSandy
