Therapy at the Beach

After injuring myself using improper form while exercising, I asked for recommendations for a local massage therapist. Liz, at Therapy At The Beach, came highly recommended. I had my session today and what an incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable practitioner I found. My pain that was a 4 (on a scale where 1= low & 10= intense pain) went to a 1 after the session. She knew knew right where to focus to alleviate my pain. I am definitely going back soon.

While on a business trip, my hip flared up. I called for a 1 time visit knowing nothing about Therapy at the Beach. I loved the decor and calmness of the waiting room. Steve was fantastic. He listened to my issues, asked about my current routines and made extremely effective suggestions for some new things i could try. He demonstrated these techniques then did myofacial release. I walked out a new woman....without pain! Of course it's not a cure, but I appreciated the relief. Thank you!

As a triathlete in training for my first Ironman earlier this year I had run into some potential season altering pain in my right knee and IT band. Worked with Steve— his experience in the sport as well as various modalities set me up to recover quickly, and address potential root causes, such as muscular tightness and imbalance. The EPAT was especially helpful in reliving pain and getting my healing kick started.nnAfter completion of my “race” (solo virtual event due to COVID) I went back for EPAT treatment on my right ankle. Again, the treatment was successful and Steve was able to help me heal and get back to running without pain.

Fantastic experience. After about a week of dealing with a back injury, I contacted the practice based the staff bios and reviews on their site. Steve got me in the next day. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel immediately at ease. He was also able to recommend treatment tailored to my injury. It was different than the typical massage I get and worked within a few hours to resolve my pain. I will definitely be back!

Angelina offered the most incredible and amazing massage. I felt so relaxed I nearly melted into my massage bed. Her technique is strong and practiced, and she practices her craft with finesse. I will be a repeat client!! Highly recommend!!!
