Never! Never! Buy a new phone unless it is a company owned store. So far we have had a very bad experience here. I have found their knowledge is very limited to new phones with issues. I think they are mainly there just to sell new phones. This is crazy what we have had to endure for just buying a new phone. This is my husbands 2nd new phone in a week and it still doesn't work. My new phone, the same model as my husbands works fine except now at our home the reception is very spotty but it wasn't on my old phone. I wish we had just kept our old phones. We have been a customer of T-Mobile for over 4 yrs and have never had an issue until we got these new phones. Maybe we should have stayed w/ Samsung phones instead of T-Mobile phones??????

The guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew all aspects of the phones and services. He offered me alternatives. Im trying them now.

AMAZING experience at this store. I came in with my dad last week and was a bit nervous on how it was going to go. We had a complex issue, which the two employees were able to figure out right away. We also needed to return one of the phones purchased, and they boxed it up and printed out the return label for us. These employees went above and beyond what they are required to do, and we left the store feeling at ease, knowing our problems were solved!

Amber was the most helpful and cheerful person I have ever dealt with in a phone store. Not only did she go above and beyond to help me with my issues, but she was also calm and collected when a man came in and was yelling for no particular reason. I would recommend not only t-mobile, but the sweetheart that took care of me to everyone I know!
