Staples advertises curbside service for those of us who cannot wear a mask due to medical issues, but in reality they don’t answer the line you are required to dial to get the service.nnThe AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT REQUIRES ACCOMMODATION for such situations.nnStaples is going out of their way to make this difficult and would clearly prefer those with abilities take their business elsewhere.
I was in line and came up to a bald guy got upset when I come up to his register because there was another register open at the same time. Then he told me to use the register at the print marketing because I got something laminated. I didn't mind using that register but his passive aggressive attitude really disappointed me. He then laughed when I walked away to the other register and said under his breath he didn't know how to help me
The store is always clean and the staff are reasonable. But today I went in on an emergency for a scan of a print for work, and Drew in the print dept exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Thank you so much Drew!

Although I found it a little difficult to find what I was looking for, and I found myself waiting for a customer in front of me in line to resolve some complicated issue, Christopher sprang into action and saved the day. He quickly opened a register, was delighted to see me, and made me forget about the small negatives I had experienced earlier. Great attitude, customer service at its best. I've never had a genuinely negative experience in this store - and they have just about anything you could need.
