Michael was absolutely the best. Customer service via phone was the disaster. I came to the Georgetown store where Michael activated my device and set it up. He showed me that it was working properly before leaving. I can not explain how grateful I am that he was able to assist me. I was in an out of the store in 15 minutes. Highly recommend
Sean was incredibly helpful to us replacing our phones. Absolutely no pressure with the sale while providing us with everything we needed. Very clear with instructing us on how to use them, very pleasant, professional and patient. It made our experience so enjoyable. I went to the Millsboro store looking to buy the iPhone XR. I worked with Michael who actually works at the Georgetown Verizon store but was just filling in this night. He was very out going and very easy to work with. He was not pushy at all like another Verizon rep in another location we had dealt with earlier that morning. The phone I wanted was not in stock but he was able to order it for me and when it was delivered he had it all set up and ready for me to pick up. I enjoyed working with him and would definitely do business with him again. If you go to the Georgetown location make sure you ask for Michael!
