I like this lowes the most. Friendly people
They had everything i needed
My refrigerator in my rental house died. I needed a replacement quick, have renters at end of week. I used a local appliance store in Bethany beach for 30 years. When I called them I found out the store was bought by a local chain. The salesman told me there is a Covid related shortage and tried to sell me a simple fridge for 1500.nnI tried Lowe’s online. Found a much better fridge in stock for 400 less. They offered next day delivery. I was kept well informed of the planned delivery. The crew showed up on time. They negotiated a tricky access to the house with grace. Wore masks.nnThe minute they left I got a call from Lowe’s to check if I was satisfied.nnI am delighted with the prompt service, the customer care and the pricing.
What's not to like about lowe's? They have everything and you can imagine for your house and building or remodeling projects. I prefer Ace hardware for smaller items because there are more Hands-On people to give you advice and find what you're looking for period but Ace doesn't have everything that Lowe's has unfortunately
Customer Service worker, Rock in Garden Center, was great! He was very helpful and informative about what we needed.
