We ordered a couch in July. To date, we have not received anything. I've called weekly for an update since the 6-8 week promised timeframe expired.nAlthough I know there are delays in manufacturing in certain areas, the reason for this rating is customer service. Not one person has ever reached out to us to say there were factory delays. No calls, emails or any communication. When I call, people are rude and just keep giving me different dates. No delivery date in sight.nAt this point, I thought is best to ask for a refund and move on to a company I can trust. I was told they would not give me a refund. Truthfully, I would not have left a bad review if I simply got a refund. I am still pursing this avenue through other means.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Helped me pick out exactly what I wanted for our screened porch.
