I was looking for a sectional for our beach house. I went online to Furniture and More and requested a chat with a salesperson. Ginger promptly returned my request. Every question that I had regarding the furniture she was able to answer. She was enthusiastic and very informed. I went into the store on Monday and she assisted me with a quote and options on an additional chair. When I went back on Wednesday she had all of the paperwork ready. Being able to reach out to a store by email or text made this purchase so easy. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Jackie is the Best! So much fun to be around and work with! We were just looking for a couple of bar stools and some end tables. Ended up with that...plus a new sofa and glider. Great people, product, and prices! Definitely will be a lifetime customer. Place is amazing...thank you!
I absolutely love this store! Their customer service is unbelievable starting with Ginger in sales right down to the delivery guys who were so nice and such a wonderful representation of this business. This is one of the few stores around that makes customer service their number one priority. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for their beach furniture needs.
Maria greeted us when we entered the store, she was very pleasant and not pushy, huge plus!!! She told us to take our time looking around and showed us where she would be should we have any questions. We found the living room suite that we wanted with a very good price ! The whole experience was a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10 !!!
We went in looking for a coffee table, and walked away with more than that. Thank you Ginger for your help and for being willing to work with us. Even though we didn’t buy the discount bundle, we did walk away with a better deal for us that will be PERFECT for our Condo.
