We have dealt with Mattress Firm for many years. Our local location is in Fenwick, Delaware & they understand the nature of life in a seasonal Resort area. Our sales rep was such a professional but he had a great personality too.
Excellent salesman Lee Brown work with us no high pressure let him know that we had a problem before with the purchase of the mattress four years ago and he took care of the situation well done. Lee also took a lot of time with us let us try out numerous mattresses various items that they had worked with this for the sale great salesman
Fred understood my needs and found a great fit for me. King size mattress, box spring and frame very affordable. Delivery within a couple days and even hauled away our old bed.
In and out in under 20 minutes! Roc had a great variety in my price range, and my guest beds will be delivered in 10 days. AND THERE WAS A SALE!!!
We bought the same mattress that my son bought a couple months ago. We went in and told him what we wanted, he showed, and let me try, a few options. We were thrilled when we found out the one we wanted was on sale! The first mattress was great so I already know this one will be too, and we had wonderful service.
