Yesterday I came into the Verizon store because my son uses his phone as a medical device. He ran into the ocean with his phone on so it was no longer working. The customer service that I received with Charles was excellent & I sincerely appreciate it. He let me know all my options & was very patient & helpful. Thank you so much
