Jennifer H delivered exquisite customer service. She was the only employee working at the time of my visit. She singlehandedly and simultaneously managed to provide service for multiple customers while keeping all socially distanced. She also was contacting other service department locations to arrange inventory transport to ensure her customers received the desired product. She was extremely patient and helpful regardless of the hectic nature of doing all this work on her own. She is a credit to TCC in Ocean City and the larger Verizon Company. Well done Jennifer. You set the standard for others to follow.
Mike hooked my family up with 4 new phones a couple weeks ago. Super nice guy. Very friendly and patient. His service gets 5 Stars!nnI was in there for over 3 hours just trying get new phones and switch from sprint. The computer system was down so it took a long time that’s why I give them 4 stars overall.
The best ever service and knowledgeable staff. Sean D was one of the best customer service techs out here. Highly recommend TCC and Sean. They didn't have the phone I wanted and another staff member took her own vehicle to go to another store and pick the phone up and brought it back to the store. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a phone.
Mike is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. I don't think I will ever buy a phone from someone else. He was attentive, kind and did his best to find me an amazing deal on exactly what I wanted. His customer service skills were nothing short of perfection. On top of that, he was great at keeping the store clean as COVID is still rampant. On top of that, when I bought my phone and he set it up, it was taking forever so he stayed open late for me. Plus, he loved my dog. GREAT SERVICE MIKE. Go see him!
