Lee was wonderful in helping us pick out the best mattress for us. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The customer service offered here is top notch and I will be purchasing all future mattresses from this location. I have neck and back issues so I am very particular about the quality of mattresses available. You can’t go wrong with any mattress here as they are all high quality.
I went shopping in the Rehoboth store and had the utmost pleasure of meeting and working with Miss Eileen Fenfert. Even with a mask on, I could still see the kindness on her face and in her eyes when she spoke to me. She made my experience so wonderful and unforgettable. She truly brought a smile to my face and completely turned my week around. Shopping in that store was a great experience and I'm looking forward to all my future endeavors with them.
Went shopping for a new mattress and stopped at mattress Firm Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach Delaware. Had a wonderful sales person, Eileen Fenfert that was very informant and even called her manager to Get us a lower price. It was very delightful working with her on this purchase. They set up a delivery date and was on time and the crew made everything exchange very smoothly.Would definitely recommend the store and the sales person. Thanks again Eileen and have a great day.
Eileen took the time to show us several different mattresses. This enabled us to choose the one that best fit our needs. When we requested a bed frame different than those on display she took the time to find the ones we needed for bed conversion. Kudos to Eileen for great service. The original mattress my husband and I ordered wasn't in stock and we were at a loss. I gave the Rehoboth Beach store, where we had placed the order, a call and spoke with, who I now consider a friend, Eileen. She swooped in and saved the day by finding us a mattress that we received today and are completely in love with. I am so thrilled that our original mattress wasn't available so I could have the pleasure of working with Eileen and finding a replacement that works so well for both of us.
