Store does not exist anymore but sign is still up
April not only helped us safely get on the right course with our new bundle of gadgets but she did so with great efficiency and quality. We are very grateful for her knowledge and experience with our new home with Verizon.
I came into TCC with a phone that had fried and was in fear of losing my photos, which I did. Heather was my helper and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Since I couldn't remember my password, she tried every way to do a workaround until she was able to Crack the code and get me in. We had to wait a few days to get the recovery email and Heather, once again was willing and eager to help me again. She saved my photos and saved my life, at least it feels like that. Heather is so helpful and sweet. I would recommend her to anyone. Great representative for TCC.
Charles Wayne helped me by explaining differences between some current phones on the market...He was clear and concise..made me comfortable with my choice...thank you Charles ...I appreciate the great customer service...will use your store in the future for any phone needs..
