My online order came fast, and in store, I found everything I needed and more. Lol, sometimes I need to say no to more.

Associate were very nice

This is my first public review but the experience that I have received warrants a comment. This company has no business selling products online. I placed an order for some pillows. Within a few days I received the wrong pilllows. No big deal, called them up and informed them of their mistake, expecting them to send us the pillows we actually ordered. Nope, they must receive the old order back before they will process a replacement. Ok we immediately sent them back. 3 weeks later we still hadn’t received the replacement. I called and they said it will take another 10 days. Keep in mind the order was paid for up front. We decided to cancel the order and a refund was to be issued within 3 business days. It is now two weeks after that conversation and I called back because no refund was ever processed. They apologized and said that they needed to “contact the warehouse”. They have been in possession of the returned item (which was wrong to begin with) for a month now and I am still struggling to get resolution. They are basically telling me, maybe we will give you your money back, maybe not. We don’t know......

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the new employees....stock was low on somethings but overall a nice place to shop

Went in for a food mill. With the 20% off coupon, I got a good deal. Very clean store.
