Every week I pay for a two day delivery and they can never get it to me in time. I have a small business and it should be no problem to get it to me on time but they NEVER EVER can get it done. Worst service I have ever had. They put it on a truck for delivery but drive around and it gets put off till the next day. IF I wanted 3-4 day delivery I wouldnt pay extra for two day. The Post Office does better than this....disgusting. The Show Low station manager should get fired. Other reviews show the same problems, over and over.

I live 22 miles from the nearest town, my gate is 1/4 mile from my house. I rarely leave my home and FedEx has decided that it is entirely ok to drop my packages at my gate and omit informing me. Thus my packages have sat in a cattle field for days at a time. They used to deliver to my house but I guess it is now too much of a hassle to open a gate or to at least give me the courtesy of a phone call. Nice way to treat seniors who pay for your services.

A package was scheduled to be delivered 4/30 but didn't make it out of the Valley until the morning of 5/1. It was put on a truck but driver didn't even attempt to deliver on 5/1. Now it's scheduled for 5/4. In my world, something that was already late should have been prioritized. Customer service is sorely lacking--both UPS and USPS are out until the trucks are empty. Trying to find a way to file a formal complaint against both driver and manager who allows this to happen.

Worst service I have had with this company. they will not deliver to my home. And the only reason I know they have my package is because I had to check.Otherwise I probably would have sat there till the end of time. Take my advice and use UPS. delivers right to my door without fail every time.
