Best buys was disappointing to say the least they would only let a few people in at a time but they were not even following the one person out one person in rule so unfortunately they had a line all the way around to the back of the building I Wanted to get a phone ended up going to Target just around the corner... they did not seem to have a problem with people in line most likely due to the fact that they were more organized so I went in got my phone and left so kudos to Target and boo to Best buys who lost a 300 and some dollar sale oh well.
Long line only 2 cashiers... Only called for another cashier when the line had 10 people...
Customer service here is awesome! From the gentleman it the front door, to the gentleman at the mobile desk who helped get my order... in order. I wish I had names, sorry I didn't get them! It's been a mad-house at this store due to holiday shoppers purchasing online for in-store and curbside pickup, the lines are ridiculously long. The curbside line, with vehicles around the back of the building. But the employees are courteous and have such a great attitude. They're making it work! Thanks for a nice experience during a hectic time.
I am highly disappointed at the lack of effort on the part of the geek squad there to solve a simple issue for me. All I needed was a shipping label printed to send an item back that I had claimed insurance on, and all I got from them was that they cannot do it or they don't know how to help. When I ordered the new one in store the guy was nice and ordered it but said to bring the old one back in and I did and they told me to send it back to best buy. So I went to the location in bel air Maryland today and they had me a shipping label printed and had me on the way in under 3 minutes. The management and team there were much more helpful and I will be shopping there from now on.
Clean store, did not have a good selection of what I was looking for and not a lot of salespeople to help out. But the prices were good.
