I can’t tell you how happy I am with this store. The gentleman Cindy was very helpful. I came in to inquire about getting a plan for my wife and a new phone and he was very informative. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything like other stores, but just wanted to me to be well informed about switching over. They really care about their customers. I am super happy with the customer service.
Pretty poor customer service store associate wanted me to buy a phone rather than honoring the deal that T-Mobile advertised would not let me get phone without buy ing a second line. Had T-Mobile call the store to find out what the issue was and they gave them an attitude as well. So much so that the rep on the phone apologized and honored all the deals and sent me everything online instead
Originally gave a 5 star review. Big mistake!! Since then we have switched back to Verizon. This store has shady business practices, beware, read everything you sign, ask questions!! Very unprofessional!! Tmobile service constantly dropped calls and texts. You definitely get what you pay for. Verizon might cost more, but it's worth it. Run, don't walk, away from this store!!!

I went in to start my family plan & Bri helped so much! She really worked with us to find the best deals and the cheapest prices. Her customer service skills were excellent and she didn’t make me feel like I was pressured into buying anything. She was honest about prices and not just trying to make a big sale. Definitely recommend her to assist you with any questions you have.
