I work in the same shopping center and often visit this location on my lunch or stop by for odds and ends I may need for the store I work at. Every time I visit this location I am greeted and can tell the staff cares about the customer, their job, and the location. The location is always clean and bright, someone is always available to help if you have questions. I would recommend you take the trip to this location for the very high caliber staff that works there. I live in Delaware and actually pay sales tax on my purchases, and drive out of my way to come here because I would rather do business with this location due to the excellent staff- Game Stop keep up the great work, the employees at this location are truly an asset to your company.
Very helpful, went to other places for an xbox and told sold out. The staff person at this store looked online ordered a new one and had it shipped to my home!

Horrible store! Seems like they never have stock in.
The service was very unfriendly, when we arrived we had to wait outside for about 5 mins before we could be let in because of covid which is fine but when it was our turn to enter, we were in the store for under 2 mins and the employee told us that there were other people waiting to get in and we needed to check out so they could come in. I didn't even get to look at everything I came there for and its been over 4 months sense I was there so I had plenty i wanted to buy, instead I left with about a 10$ purchase when it could of been closer to 50 or 60$ they lost business from me telling me I had to leave for others, im not saying I would of been there for hours but 5 mins would of been nice to get everything I wanted, the employees need to learn a nicer way to speak to customers so they don't feel like a burden to the store, I will go to another game stop for now on,
