Sheer Sculpt CoolSculpting

I could not possibly recommend this facility to anyone. I feel its my duty at this point to share my experience, to help others from making the same mistake.nI had never before received any type of plastic surgery, or injections etc. to help my appearance. As a 33 year old male at the time, that type of stuff wasn’t for me. But for the first time I looked into some things for the appearance under my chin. I was told at SheerSculpt that the area was too small for coolsculping. However Dr. Pedano told me I was the perfect, ideal candidate for kybella. And when I repeatedly (politely) asked (rightfully doing my due diligence) if there were ever any issues with these injections, she said “never”, repeatedly. Almost as if confidently stating, why are you asking me twice? “Never”.nUnfortunately, she gave me 2 rounds of kybella within 4 weeks (even though things did not seem right after the first round/4 weeks after the first round - she insisted it was that “I just needed more to get the final result”). Turns out, I was not properly assessed to begin with. I did not have much fat under the chin, and it was merely large platysma neck muscles that protruded. The kybella injected was instead absorbed by my lower face, emaciating my lower face and nice thick chin area. Leaving me with an extremely uneven, distorted, and ugly appearance (to be blatant). I have now had 2 risky plastic surgeries since, totaling over $13,000.00! in an attempt to restore a respectable appearance again. I rarely went out in public for nearly 2 years! without a beard - to hide my distorted facial appearance.nThe majority of photos taken at Sheersculpt were of odd angles, that no other facility I have gone to (since) comprehends, recommends, or uses. The few profile photos taken at Sheersculpt, were reluctantly withheld from me (for poor excuses) until I insisted for them to give them to me repeatedly, because they were apart of my medical records (and were more telling of what they had done to me).nI want to post photos, but afraid of embarrassment.nHave yet to get any formal apology from the owner, just avoidance. And NO - legitimate financial help towards fixing these unprofessional errors. Fortunately there’s a 2 year period after ceasing treatment (4/2019), to address matters.

Jamie was excellent at everything!nProvided me constant information on the process, blankets, water, Hulu and a snack.nThe office is very clean and comfortable.nJamie was extremely professional and skilled in the application. She made my experience 100% positive. I’ll be back again.nThank you

My first hydrafacial here was amazing. I walked out with the the most glowy skin of my life. Jaime was amazing and talked me through each step and explained exactly what the products used were going to do for my skin. Highly recommend this place!

I've received a couple of different services here and each time my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The facility is up to date , clean, and comfortable . The staff is highly knowledgeable, inviting, and professional . They truly make you feel right at home! My results were as explained to me and I remain pleased with everything across the board. I will continue to be a client largely due to the superb customer care.
