I was appalled at the lack of masks both on staff and customers. I asked my pedicure provider to wear one and she complied.
She did a nice job and I was happy with her although she hurt me several times, which I have never experienced at other places.
The place could use a good deep cleaning, wear masks, and male staff remove caps, they look pretty tacky.
Love this place! Have been going for nails and pedi over 2 years. B is great and will work with anything you want. I like it when I cant make up my mind and he says I'll take care of you, and surprises me. Never have had a bad experience here. I do not believe a lot of these bad posts.
I was in for pedicure. I got 2 cuts on my feet from the pedicure grater they used on my feet. Gel polish wasn’t cured all the way. Gel polish on my socks and smudge gel polish. Nail Tech only spoke in her language to another nail tech and never spoke to me. Not very professional at all. I was very disappointed in my service.
I felt the salon was dirty. No one wore a mask staff and customers. Will not return or recommend this salon.
I was concerned about finding a decent salon in a small town. It wasn't easy in Phoenix and Tucson. I am happy to share this salon is FABULOUS! High quality services, lovely atmosphere, and always warmly greeted when you enter. The owner goes out of his way to remember names.
