UPack was amazing! I moved from IN to DE and I could not have made this move in a pandemic without them. The cube came right when it was supposed to, I had no rush filling it up, it got delivered to Delaware and I unloaded it at my own schedule. The streets at my new address are pretty skinny, and the driver really went above and beyond - he parked at the nearest major road and drove the cube on the forklift the block and a half over to the parking lot where they were leaving it, and then did the reverse on pickup. This is a great service for longer moves, for sure, and both the drivers and the customer service people were all very nice!

We used U-Pack to move from PA to DE and DE to NC. The reps are wonderful and always willing to help with questions.nThe truck came and was picked up and delivered in a very timely manner.neverything was packed according to their instructions, so everything arrived safely.

Excellent. This is my second time using u-pack's relocubes. The cubes were dropped, pickedup, delivered safe and secure. The resources and information are plenty. I properly planned, packed and tied all my items. The items arrived safe and as packed. I will definitely recommend to my friends and use their service again as when needed.

We used a U-pack trailer to move across the county. It was a simple process from start to finish. The trailer was delivered on time, easy to pack, picked up and shipped. It arrived without any problems at our new home. We only had to pay for the amount of space we used so we ended up paying less than expected which was great. We would definitely use the company again.

Absolutely seamless and perfect. We had a wonderful experience moving our son from PA to Vermont. Everyone was polite and helpful, everything happened on schedule and there were no surprises! Highest possible praise!
