Was pre-approved to bid on an auction item through Invaluable. I placed the bid a few days ahead of the auction date The bid/ sold price was the same. They sold it to someone else. After 1 phone call remaining cordial, they hung up. Called once more and left a message to clarify what happened. Waiting for a response...? Disappointing experience hopefully not SOP for them.nAfter the sale ended same day, Ken Jackson, the Auctioneer, contacted me regarding the sale it may be an Invaluable Auctions issue, hopefully, it was only a glitch in their end. Awesome auction house whether buyer or seller. i've done more selling than buying over the past few years. Mr. Kent Jackson always serves me well. The care and detail and preparation for sales is Top Notch . Information advertising is spectacular . The per-sale videos are well done. AMAZING. This is a gem of an auction house and their customer service rivals any of the finest in the country. I recently purchased multiple lots from their April 2nd auction and had a hiccup with the online bidding platform - they went above and beyond to correct it. They're timely in responding, fair, professional; everything is just perfect. I got flustered by the online bidding platform, but they followed up in perfect form and have gained me as a very happy and satisfied customer. Can't wait for the next auction!
