WORST PLACE TO RENT FROM. They Don’t Know What They Are Doing. Manager called Me Names On The Phone. They Blew My Phone Up When They Wanted The Down Payment But As Soon As It Was Time To Deliver They Couldn’t Give Me Any Calls Saying They Weren’t Coming.

Manager is insanely rude and disrespectful. It's okay though I can take my buisness elsewhere

I’ve been renting from Rent A Center for many years. Since I used to live in Bethlehem,PA. When I rent from them I do same as cash and pay it off in 6 months.Never had a problem with them until I meet Ryan at this location. He is rude and have no respect for customers, he thinks that he can talk to people any kind of way. I called him on 01-18-20 and told him that due to the earthquake in Puerto Rico I’m not in town to make my payment which it was due on the same day I called him to explain the situation and that I had to flight out of town emergency. That I will be back the following Tuesday and that I will stop by to make my payment. He was very inconsiderate and started telling for me to pay with my card over the phone (( heck not )) not after all the negative reviews that he has I’m not doing it. So he got upset and started telling me that he will see what he can do but that he needed that payment. I was like look men when I get back home I will be returning the 2 items back. And will never do business with him again. Probably one day when he’s gone I will. Does anyone knows who is the owner of that store ? Ryan shouldn’t be working with customers he’s very unprofessional. Rent A Center owner you just lost a good customer. And Ryan you need to learn how to treat people we are the once that keep you guys in business. I could keep on saying more, but I’m going to stop. Hopefully the owner of that franchise will read all these negative reviews on the so call manager of the store and do something about it. I don’t like to do bad reviews but I definitely needed to do this one because it’s outrageous how this person talks and treat people.

I go out of my way to go to this Rent-a-Center! I missed a payment last week because of a family illness and the manager was really helpful and worked with me. I read these other reviews and I can't even believe they are talking about the same person based on my experiences. I'd say give this place a go, you'll be pleasantly surprised. I will continue working with this establishment.

I had such a great experience at rent a center. I’ve been going through a rough time and needed to rent a few things. The manager Ryan came over and really helped me and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
