Not one person spoke to us during our 15 minutes in the store. Multiple people standig behind the counter obviously not interested in sales.
Rob ,our sales person, was very knowledgeable about what we needed. It turns out he actually was an installer at one time. This experience gave him a great advantage of giving us confidence in what he was saying. The job turned out with no problems. He kept us informed about everything. Time the tile came in. To making sure it was the right tile and grout. He followed through to the end of the job. He just didn't write the order and forget about it. You should hire more sales people like him. He was a total professional.
