We had a wonderful experience at R&F in Wilmington DE. While not a huge fan of the hover over the customer technique from the moment you enter the store....our salesman (Neil) did not do that at all. He was available, helpful, knowledgeable but gave us space to roam at our leisure. We had stopped at other stores and even another R&F, and it was a complete turn off for us. Thanks to Neil, our experience was enjoyable! Now we look forward to the delivery and new furniture and hope the positive experience continues!
It was a great experience! Sales Client, Brenda Walter provided the help and insight regarding the furniture we chose. She was instrumental in our purchase for furniture and through our conversations we also purchased a bed and mattress that was needed and all included in the July 2020 sale. A wonderful experience shopping for living room furniture this past Saturday. We were greeted at the front by Pete and after explaining what we were looking for, he pointed us in the right direction and off we went. He was there if we needed him and was very respectful of our space. We ended up buying a great living room set and Pete helped us find a great cocktail / end tables! Thanks Pete!!
My client needed two rooms of furniture delivered in under two weeks, so everything had to be in stock. Brenda (at the living room store) and Mo (at the bedroom/dining store) were amazing - making great suggestions about furniture pieces and ensuring that each piece was available. Ordering was easy and client will love the look and functionality of her new home.
