Fantastic store, with very upscale furniture, at a fair price point.nThis store, is set above the rest. From the moment you walk in to this place, you know that it’s “quality.”nI’d like to take time to share my most recent experience with J.J..nThe sales experts are wonderful, but one in particular, is superb. Her name is Grace, and the name “fit’s.”nHer knowledge of the merchandise, and color expertise, are simply amazing.nShe is “tops” in Customer Service, and absolute professionalism.nI have always felt better, about buying product’s from places that offer extreme customer service, and this store exceeds.nAdam, the store manager, is also super. I highly recommend working with Grace, one of the designers at Johnny Janosik. I have know her for 3 years and she has designed every single room in my house! I first came to her when we were moving into our new home and she suggested the best layouts for my rooms and is so creative. She even helped me pick out paint colors for the walls that would compliment my new furniture.nMost recently we worked together to pick out the furniture and design the layout for my new deck. I could not have done it without her. She worked with me remotely via web conferencing and face-to-face in the store while finalizing my choices. Using her knowledge of our style and material choices, she makes the best recommendations and everything looks so great. Our furniture just showed up today and I’m so obsessed with it. My husband and I have been planning to build this deck for 3 years now and Grace has helped us bring our dream true.nWhen people come over to my house they always compliment my style and I tell them I cannot take the credit. It is all because of my awesome designer, Grace! She goes above and beyond with her clients and really gives everyone that extra personal touch. She has become more than just my designer, she has become a real friend too.

Best furniture experience I’ve ever had! Not only is the furniture beautiful and high-quality, everyone from customer service, sales, and the manager Nik, was so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They are like having your own design team! They really listen and care about the what you want and go the distance to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Not pushy and genuinely have your best interest in mind. The prices were reasonable too. Even the delivery people were great and went out of their way help me.nExcellent company!!

I first saw my dream bedroom group set and additional 5 drawer dresser on their website. I had emailed several questions and received prompt responses to each question. Since I am only 10 minutes away, I chose to go to their Wilmington, DE store to finalize everything. The sales manager, Tracy, was very knowledgeable about my previous emails, the merchandise in question and the Veteran’s Day Sale promotions. She was extremely attentive and provided me with specific printouts of my order and price breakdown.nnI can’t wait to get my furniture. Every aspect of dealing with Johnny Janosik has been a delight.

My sales person (Paul) was awesome and SUPER patient. I’m very picky and ask countless questions especially when it comes to large purchases. Everybody was great from the moment I walked into the store until I swiped my card to pay for my purchases. They made the experience as painless and stress free as possible. I’ll definitely do business with them in the future.
