I called the 800 Bob’s customer service number and after waiting 45 minutes to be connected, I had a really negative experience and ended up being told the person could not help me and I would have to drive to the nearest store to be assisted. I then called the Wilmington store and was fortunate to be connected to Angela. She was just great! I told her the problem and she indicated that she was going to find a solution and promised to call me back in just a few minutes which she did. She then provided the solution to my issue. Angela was very friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with her customer service. Thanks, Angela!
Wish I could give negative stars. Their customer service line is horrible. Keeps sending you back to different options. I’ve tried for a week straight to get ahold of a representative and I still cannot get through. When I finally get through they end my call. I’m so over this place. I just want to cancel my order. Never buying from here ever again.
Great selection of furniture at a great price.
Worst place to do business. Bob’s took my money and after waiting 3 months of delays the wrong bed was sold to me. It was a storage bed that was suppose to fit a reclining system that was purchase a couple years ago. The bed came and couldn’t be use with reclining system. Customer service called, and put me on hold. After about 15 , she hung up on me. I had to go to the store , because no one answers the phones. They did nothing to correct the problem. They are a junk store and will not take responsibility for their errors.
Buying the sofa was a great process with Wayne’s help. I order my sofa in September but now I’m starting to get very upset because so far I’ve only received one part of my sofa. The other part of it every week they give a new excuse as to why I haven’t received it. They’ve changed my date at least 3 times. Wouldn’t be surprised if they call me again and tell me it’s not coming in next week I will not be ordering anything else from here.
