My most recent experience with this location involved placing, and picking up, an online order. This was my first time using Lowe's online ordering platform. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the experience! It was easy to find the item I needed, there was no need to setup an account, and picking up the item was as simple as showing the attendant my mobile device. After I placed my order, I received an email with the receipt, and a request to wait for a second email, that would be sent when my item was ready for pickup. The time between emails was about 25 minutes, and my wait in line was about 5 minutes. Can't beat that!

Folks at the store were helpful and nice BUT NOBODY in Customer Service or the Main Office will pick up the phone. Called Customer Service 6 times at different times over three days. Phone just rang and rang until I guess someone at their end hangs it up. Tried the same with the operator (hit 9 and then 0) and got the same result after 3 tries. I just don't understand how you can call it Customer Service and behave like this.

This store has excellent people, but the web access is completely hosed up! Just try to find something on your iPhone while in the store... the folks there tell me it's because they send your info to another state try to translate it and send it back to the store. There is very little about it that is up to date and the folks at the store can't do anything to correct it! Sucks BIG TIME!!!

One stop shop for everything at home. Good collection of Christmas items. Lots of plants are at 75% sale at this point if you're interested.

Avoid ordering at Lowe's and particularly pick up at this store. I ordered online and scheduled the pick up. After 24 hours, when I did not get email that the order was ready for pickup, the manger (Eva) said if you can not wait just come and pick up on your store yourself. We are too busy and have only one online fulfillment team. And that corporate is not allowing them to hire more. As a customer, during pandemic, if I did want to enter the store and pick up, I would not order online and schedule pick up. And manager should complaint to the corporate, not to customer of the bad company policy. This is second time it has happened and 2 weeks. No more. This is a pattern. Surprised at the level of customer service.
