I visited the store to obtain old statements (as a call to customer service was fruitless). The gentleman who worked with me (Corey Mayo) was very pleasant & professional. I noticed that he addressed customers as young lady or young man, despite maturity or lack thereof. Mr. Mayo was very patient - and capable of addressing other customer needs as my matter was processing. He was also able to master some small talk in the process... It was impressive to see someone do their work effortlessly, with grace, and remain humble. Good service is so very difficult to experience lately. It was such a pleasure to attend an uncluttered site; ask for what I need; be fully understood on the 1st request; and receive a fulfilled response. THANK YOU! Great kudos for Mr. Mayo. I'd suggest he train everyone in the company.

The one in christiana mall horrible service, smart mouth employees dont give you options in the middle of this pandemic prices going up employee dont know answer questions they tell you to call oversea so I don't understand what the point to have location at the mall when they cant even help. Waste my time.
