Customer service is good. I didn't have to wait to long.
I went their last night they where awesome Cheyenne and divolo. They went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. They stood after closing time to make sure I walked out with a phone . We need more employees like them who actually care wanna help the customers and let them leave Happy! Thanks again I appreciate the time they took to help me .
I never write any comments before. It is 9:51 pm and me and my husband already sitting here T-mobile for 3 hours. And they cannot figure out how to put $20 credit back on the account even though we paid 3 days prior and manager not even helpful at all. Unbelievable no one at the store can do anything for us. We are still sitting here, not sure what will happened, but one thing for sure, never go back to this location. Good luck for anyone plan to go to this location. P. S. manager should really get more training, plz cooperate should really aware of it. I really hope I can get 0 star for this comment
Awsome experience the customer experience was top notch and I walked out with exactly what I needed and more.
I called before coming in and was told they have a specific phone I was planning on purchasing in stock for me. I call again an hour or so later to make sure of it and am put on a 5+ minute hold with no answer. I finally arrive, wait 25 minutes or so to be told that the phone is out of stock, the sales rep did not go to the back to check or anything. Just a poor experience from start to finish.
