So today my husband had an issue with his phone. The power button wouldn’t work and his phone died. So we decided to take a walk up there at noon when they open. Well we got there and it was still closed so we figured we would just wait. Thought they were running late. We stood there for over an hour waiting for for them to show up. I called customer service and they were of no help. I convinced my husband to switch phone companies.nnThis is not how you run a business! You’ve had us and 2 other people wasting time out of our day for the people to not show up!nnI also want to add that the guy who is usually there is not very bright and really shouldn’t be working with the public. Before this happened we went in for a case for his phone (which caused the problem we had with his phone) and the guy was arrogant and Rude.nnDon’t waste your time at this location

I am really unhappy with this store. The last couple of times I’ve gone to this store to pay my bill (last minute as usual) and after showing up around 1-2 hours before closing time as stated on their door and on their website the lights were on but nobody was there and the door was locked. And I even waited thinking maybe they were in the bathroom or something but no I stood there like an idiot wasting my time and money. So I am not happy with this store.
