I had my phone do a factory reset on itself. Fun times! I was distraught and devastated. However, the guy who worked there, was great. He helped me find an even better phone and was even able to retrieve information, which I could've kissed him for. It was an incredible feeling knowing that he got the important information and that not all was lost. So, for everything that he helped me out with, and especially for not being a jerk about it, I have to give him and the place 5 stars! I've been with Metro for awhile, (@ least 4 years), and I don't have any complaints. Go Metro! Thank you salesman. You made my day!

Great customer service and very affordable plans
The worst experience ever. The fat balding white unattractive gentleman was the worst sales associate I ever encountered. He was wearing flip flops and dressed in lounging attire. He used slang when he talked and his body odor was unpleasant (stinky). I choose a phone to purchase and he told me that I had to pay for the phone before I could examine it. He would only let me see the plastic fake display version. Who would pay for a product in store before actually seeing the product, when in fact he had the phone right behind the counter. Very strange and unprofessional actions from a strange and unprofessional employee. Please employ a better hiring process when bringing new associates to your establishment. Avoid the losers.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I thought I needed to buy a new phone but they told me to keep the one I had already. Don't find that kind of honesty everywhere
