I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service at this AT&T store. Charlie and Linda were WONDERFUL. My situation was complicated so I was in the store for 3 hours. It was not wasted time at all. They both worked hard to resolve my situation. While waiting I witnessed how each customer was given the same undivided attention and everyone appeared satisfied when leaving the store. They were committed to making me a satisfied customer. I live 30 minutes from this store. I pass at least 4 other AT&T stores in route to this location HOWEVER I would most definitely return if I need service AND highly recommend others go to this store. Both Charlie and Linda should be recognized for going above and beyond for customers.
Transferred service from Verizon to AT&T with three new phones. Not only was the phone and plan cost superior to Verizon; the service at this store was as well. Linda and Ricky were very patient and helpful opening the account and setting up the new phones. There were some problems that Linda was able to resolve. She was most helpful even staying well past store closing time to set up my phones and service. Highly recommend. Thank you!
I usually dread going to the AT&T store, but Nelson and Charlie were so helpful! I was trying to get FirstNet and take my number with me and was told by many other employees via phone, online, and in-person at other stores that it wasn’t possible. Charlie and Nelson had it done with no issues! They also helped us with our upgrades and deciding which phone would work best for us. I won’t go to a different AT&T store anymore.
The staff here is always a delight! Very helpful and never try to get over on me. Very straight forward unlike other stores I’ve visited in the past!
Wonderful customer service today thanks to Jake! He’s extremely helpful & knowledgable. Will continue to go to this AT&T for now on.
