It's rare they'll answer the phone even if they aren't busy. Seriously. I never see more than like 3 customers in there tops anytime I walk in yet to this day I have not once has a call answered by them. I once called six times over the course of six hours and absolutely nothing. You have the easiest job in the world, pick up the damn phone.
I waited outside your store from mid-afternoon Wednesday until 7 a.m. Thursday morning only to find out you only had to PS5. An entire night spent in the cold waiting for the store to open myself and about 55 other people... would have saved a tremendous amount of trouble if someone had just posted the inventory on the door
I enjoyed my experience at game top every single time, the staff there is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about the games and the products including the products that they have on or not on stock and products and other stores. if they don't have a product they know how to get it and how long it will take and approximation date will be given and they can contact you if need be. I have a favorite worker there who is also my friend on Xbox one his name is crazy Lloyd. so crazy Lloyd thank you for every great experience that you've given to me in the Wilmington Delaware F and N shopping center GameStop you're absolutely awesome. The best store location
When I checked the in-store price of multiple USED Xbox One games against NEW games via Amazon Prime, the Amazon price was at least $5 to $10+ LESS expensive. I don't see this Game Stop business model lasting if traveling to a store for USED stuff is more expensive than NEW stuff delivered to your door via something as reliable as Amazon Prime.
