Macy's

I ordered something at website. Was able to do curbside pick-up, and it was delivered to the back seat of my car! One Note - I believe the instructions were to go to South side of building. I just drove along the roadway closest to the building, until I saw the 'pick-up' labeled parking spaces. It was at the entrance where small set of steps go down to the glass Macy's doors.

This store is one of my favorites. I also ordered online resently and it was so quick and easy. My order was perfect.

Its the sales... lol, MACY'S sales are the real thing and you feel like you are getting quality at a low price.. feels good.

order something online received it yesterday the item was too small I had a receipt I took it back to Macy went to to Cashiers they telling me I had to mail the receipt back with the item if you bought something online from Macy you should be able to take it back to the store I spoke to customer service the night before and they told me that I could Macy's cashier gave me the run-around until I went back into the store for the third time and went to a different cashier and she was able to credit my account for the two small item SMH we're in a covid-19 crisis and they shouldn't have their customers going through issues about returning something back when you have the receipt they need to fix this problem ASAP because if you order something online from Macy's you should be able to take it back to Macy's regardless
