The staff is super friendly and timely. The place is spotless and while getting your services the tech constantly asks to make sure the wax isn’t too hot. I get the Brazilian and I’ve gotten my legs done as well. I go every 4 - 6 weeks and cannot complain.

I went in for my first time Brazilian wax. My appointment was at 815PM we began at 816PM I was off the table by 828PM. I told the lady it was my first wax but before I know it wax was being applied. Never had a wax before but I could clearly tell the lady was rushing my service. After my service I was disappointed to get home and find that there was still tons of stray hairs and some full patches down there. I was never offered a mirror or anything to look. I wouldn't dare touch down there once she was finished bcuz her aftercare instructions were to keep my hands off the area. So there was no way to tell if she did a good job or not. It being my first time there I didnt feel welcome and the women there were visibly annoyed and ready to punch the clock to close at 9pm. If I pay that type of money to get a service I'd expect to get exactly what I am asking for. I would have even been okay with her just saying that there was some hair left behind. But she told me everything looked good and sent me on my way. I would go back for them to fix the problem but one bad experience is enough for me.

I had Amber and she was seriously amazing. I have been getting waxed for a while and she was the best I’ve ever had. The place was very clean and safe as well. I would give her 10/5 stars if I could! Thank you so much!

Krystle was the lovely young lady who gave me my first wax today. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail. Everything was clean and inviting. I'll definitely will be back.

Krystle is so friendly and easy to talk to. The entire time we were just having casual conversation and I felt so comfortable with her, like I had known her for so long. She was so gentle too, and honest about her own waxing experiences which made me feel more confident in my decision to get waxed. I will definitely try to see her every time I go for as long as she works there! Also, she had AMAZING makeup. Truly a talented woman, wouldn’t be surprised if she wasn’t around much longer because she is definitely going places.
